Is 42 the answer to Baldi's Impossible Question answer key? ›

The Frustrated Gamer, Brandon, and the TFG Squad embark on a quest to solve the enigma. Cheating with the mod menu leads to the discovery of the answer: 42. The regular math questions have regular answers, while the impossible math question consistently yields 42.

By typing in the number “31718”, you will unlock the secret known as “This Is Where It All Began”, which teleports you to the test room used during the game's creation.

The number 42 is, in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, the "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything", calculated by an enormous supercomputer named Deep Thought over a period of 7.5 million years. Unfortunately, no one knows what the question is.

99 is a recurring number in the Baldi's Basics series, with possibly hidden deep lore that has yet to be revealed in Baldi's Basics Plus. It is unknown if the number is giving a hint related to a hidden entity and/or the entire game program itself, or just a minor symbol.

Null's voice is first heard once all 7 Notebooks are collected, interrupting Baldi by yelling "GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!". He is then heard once again during the normal ending screen, when he congratulates the player but informs them to do worse when replaying the game, presumably so they can meet him.

If he sees or hears you, he will try to reach your location and chase you down, but he will wander if he doesn't know where you are. If he does see you, try to round a few corners and make him lose you. If he's approaching, hide around a corner and pray he passes you.

It says "What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?". Below is a wall of 50 copies of the number 42, and in between there's a hint within parentheses, saying "It's 42". This question is also the third unskippable of the game. The correct answer is the 42nd 42.
