Michigan State running back Kenneth Walker III was simply unstoppable ina 37-33 victory overMichigan on Saturday.

Walker totaled 23 carries for 197 yards andfive touchdowns to help the Spartans defeat the Wolverines, pushing them to a perfect 8-0 this season. Michigan StatecoachMel Tucker becamethe firstcoach in school history to win his first two matchups against the Big Tenrival.

Quarterback Cade McNamara and the Michiganoffense built an early lead, but turnovers at key points hurt the Wolverines. McNamaraalternated with J.J. McCarthy under center, and the quarterbacks combined to throwthree interceptions. McCarthy also lost a fumble in the fourth quarter.

The Spartans are scheduled to face Purdue and Maryland before they travel to Columbuson Nov. 20 to face Ohio Statein a huge Big Ten battle. The Wolverines will look to bounce back against Indiana next week.
